No Return, No Refund
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
1 year repair or replacement warranty only.
The Products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the respective Product user manual, during the Warranty Period.
Warranty 1 year from date of purchase and are non-transferable.

To start a warranty claim you must provide Proof of Purchase to include Model, SN and MAC address of the unit (unless an accessory).
Please include a brief description of the issue.
Please note there are some instances where we may be able to remedy the issue without sending the unit in for RMA. If you do not respond in a reasonable time the ticket may be rejected.
You will be responsible for paying for any shipping and associated costs for returning your item to us. In most cases if there is an exchange or repair we will return the product at our cost.
These policies and any determinations are at the sole discretion of TiViBox.
TiVibox support will reply within three working days. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
Return the goods for repair or exchange.
After the goods are received, TiViBox will arrange to ship back fixed or replacement 7 working days.
What are the notes for return?
- Items must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
